I am a non-traditional pre-med student. In May of 2013 I graduated from school with a BA in English and a minor in history...mostly military history. I really loved my time as an undergraduate but I realized my prospects for jobs were all things that I couldn't see myself doing for the rest of my life.
I'm in to nerdy stuff and would love to spend my days writing comic books or studying history, but I need something with a little more grit to it.
After my mother suffered from some health issues I decided to enroll in a post-bacc pre-med program that I will be starting in fall 2014.
This blog is going to show my attempt at balancing life, school, extracurriculars, a lame customer service job, getting back in shape, and taking care of my family.
